Common questions.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs only your email. You enter payment details at the end of the trial if you decide to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it runs until the end of the current billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every session finalised in LAP is yours — exportable as the canonical session bundle plus a CSV of the derived metrics, at any time, whether you stay or leave.
Which sims are supported today?
iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, AMS2, rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate, Rennsport, and F1 24. Other titles are on the roadmap.
Does capture work offline?
Yes. Desktop sim capture and mobile real-world capture both run without network — sessions finalise locally and sync when you come back online. Coaching views, progression, and benchmarks are cloud-only by design.
How does real-world capture work?
Pair a RaceBox with the iPhone app and drop the phone on the dash. Sessions finalise on the device and sync to your profile when you leave the track.
Which operating systems does the desktop app support?
Windows 10 and 11. macOS and Linux are not on the roadmap in the current 6-month plan.
Will my price change?
The standard €15 / month rate is locked through the current 6-month plan. Waitlist signups keep their €12 / month rate for the full 12 months regardless of any price change.
Is the coaching library written by a language model?
No. Every drill in LAP is a hand-written rule from a coaching library we curate and test against real sessions. Language models do not write coaching text — a strategic commitment, not a technical limit.
What happens when public beta opens?
Public beta opens at the end of July 2026. Users who paid during closed beta stay on their existing plan; the grandfathered waitlist rate remains intact for the full 12 months from the first paid month.
For teams
Running a racing academy?
The €15 tier is priced for individual drivers. Racing schools and karting academies run a different workflow — multi-seat billing, cohort reporting, progression at roster scale. If that describes your operation, we would like to hear from you.

Per-hour sim coaching runs €80 to €150 depending on who you book. A year of LAP at €150 — every session captured, every drill prescribed, every outcome checked against your baseline — costs roughly what one hour of coaching costs.
LAP is not a replacement for a human coach; it is the always-on layer underneath. If you already work with a coach, LAP gives them the data; if you don’t, LAP is the daily practice log that makes hiring one worth it later.
